SYNCTIME sets the DOS clock to the CMOS clock time.  
Necessary because programs (especially games) often 
steal the DOS clock for themselves, causing the time 
between the two clocks to become unsyncronized.  

It is suggested that this utility (along with a video 
mode reset utility) be run after playing most games.
