DEVLOAD is a program to load DOS device drivers from the 
command line.  Drivers may be either the Character or Block 
type.  Good for when you only want a driver installed for 
particular occasions and would like to avoid always rebooting.

DEVLOAD can be used in conjunction with "Marknet" and "Relnet"
to unload the devloaded drivers.
