ALLKEYS is a TSR that allows 
or masks all the hot-keys 
used by any TSR programs 
whose loading was bracketed 
between ALLKEYS.  

This utility is helpful in a
situation in which a previously 
loaded TSR is holding for its 
own use a key combination that 
is required for an application 
you are about to run.  ALLKEYS 
will allow you to keep your 
TSR loaded without it causing 
a hot-key conflict (the TSR 
holding the hot-key combination 
will be prevented from knowing 
that the hot-key was pressed).
