DTIME will display the Date, Weekday, and optionally the Time.  
Unlike many other Date/Time display programs, it is Y2K compliant
(so it will not display the year as 100 + two digits).  

DTIME typically would be used in a MOTD (Message Of The Day) 
Batchfile.  It is also useful for LOG file stamping, as it does 
not add additional lines when redirected into a file.  


usage:  
	dtime <cr>              Displays the Date and Weekday
        dtime [anything]<cr>    Displays the Date, Weekday, AND the TIME
