FSTAMP is a utility to change the date and 
time stamps on files.  Particularly useful 
if you are creating software, so you can set 
the same date/time on all files in the package.  
Can be a useful companion to the FileAge utility.  


 FSTAMP filespec [date][time][/S]
   
   filespec   File name(s) to stamp (wildcards are OK)
   date       Use the form -> DD.MM.YY
   time       Use the form -> HH:MM:SS
   /S         Recursively stamp files in subdirectories
