MOUSEBUF is a TSR that adds Cut&Paste capability 
to a text mode video screen.  It only works with 
a mouse, as you must press and hold the left mouse 
button to mark the text to copy.  The highlighted text 
is copied to an internal buffer (i.e. clipboard) when 
the button is released.  When ready, click the right 
mouse button, and the contents of the buffer will be 
typed into the current cursor location.  

To prevent conflicts when within text mode programs, 
you must also hold down the <CTRL>+<LeftShift> keys 
while copying or pasting text within these programs.
