"Fontman" and "Palman" are editing tools for creating custom 
VGA Text Mode display Charater Fonts and Color Palettes.   
"Vga" loads your custom creations into your video cards memory, 
substituting the defaults built into your video card hardware.  


FONTMAN = the character font editor
PALMAN  = the color palette editor
VGA     = the utility to activate your custom fonts and palettes


NOTE: Every time you change video modes the video card will revert 
to the hardware defaults, requiring you to re-run the "Vga" utility.
