RUNTIME times how long a program takes to 
finish executing (return to the DOS prompt). 
Although a type of TSR, it is self-terminating.  

RUNTIME can time internal commands (but why?).  
If you time another COMMAND.COM instance, it 
will time until you exit that instance.  While 
that instance is running, you can use RUNTIME 
to time other programs as normal.


Warning: Do -not- attempt to time the execution 
of a Batch File, because RUNTIME will hang.
