The Costa GUI is a Shell that runs on top of DOS (like GEOS does).  
It is a current OpenSource Graphical User Interface that includes 
its own mouse driver. The URL = https://github.com/jacobpalm/costa 

Costa is started with the file "COSTA.BAT", which contains all the 
neccessary paths and whatnot for Costa.  The first time you start 
Costa (or any time your change the program directory), you should 
run "SETUP.EXE", which will re-configure COSTA.BAT appropriately.


TIP: Point the TEMP environment to a RAM drive.
