WARNING: This program is intended for use on a Private network.  Although 
it can be used on the Internet, such use is -strongly discouraged-!

FTPSRV32 is a "quick and dirty" WATTCP FTP server, intended for instant 
PC administration.  You must have the WATTCP.CFG file available in the 
same directory as FTPSRV32.exe (modify the file with you IP information).  

This FTP server is extremely insecure.  You just log into the server 
anonymously without any username or password, and once logged in, you can 
go anywhere and do anything on the server (including adding and removing 
system files).  This makes it a great program for remote administration of 
of a PC on a Private LAN, but dangerous for general public FTP access.
