cURL is a DOS port of the unix cURL program, which allows 
data transfer to/from a server via the protocols: DICT, 
FTP, FTPS, Gopher, GopherS, HTTP, HTTPS, IMAP, IMAPS, 
LDAP, LDAPS, MQTT, POP3, POP3S, RTMP, RTSP, SCP, SFTP, 
SMB, SMBS, SMTP, SMTPS, Telnet, TFTP, WS, WSS, and File.  

NOTE: This is only a data transfer utility.  
Don't confuse it with a Browser.  


A packet driver is required for connectivity  
(IP addressing is handled through WATTCP).  

cURL requires DPMI, and will find and execute CWSDPMI 
if this file is in the same directory as the cURL 
executable (bypassing the need to pre-load DPMI services).
