Snuz for WATTCP (ver 0.98) Abandoned Freeware Snuz is a NNTP News Client for WATTCP. Typing the questionmark [?] at the Snuz prompt after the program starts, will display a list of Snuz commands. You must have the file "snuz.rc" and "wattcp.cfg" in the same directory as "snuz.exe" for the program to work. Note that snuz.rc must have at least 2 newsgroup entries (you can populate snuz.rc at Snuz startup with a listing of all the newsgroups offered by your News Host, by starting the program with the parameters "snuz -s snuz.rc"). The "wattcp.cfg" file is slightly different from most. Along with the normal IP address information, you must also include the following entries: snuz.host (the address [DNS name] of you NNTP News server) snuz.rc (the path to the "snuz.rc" file) snuz.from (your email address to include when sending responses to articles) snuz.editor (the path of a DOS Editor to write an article response with) snuz.smtp (the address of your SMTP Server to mail an article response through)
