Xmit_ID analyses the unique fingerprint of a FM transmitter.  
In order to gather fingerprints, the program requires a 
soundblaster card, and a hardware connection to a receiver 
(see: HARDWARE.TXT).  

Included are some captured fingerprint files so you can 
explore the program without connecting to a receiver.  Note 
that saved fingerprint files are saved in the same directory
as the executable file.
