FELDNEW8 is a Field-Hellschreiber program by G3PPT, that 
allows transmission and reception of Field-Hellschreiber.  
A Sound Blaster DSP version 4.xx (i.e., SB16) is required 
(if the program can not detect a soundblaster, it will 
not start).

To use the program, you need only to connect the 
soundblaster input and output to a microphone connection 
of a (amateur radio) tranciever.  

The first time the program starts, it will create a file 
called "CALLSIGN.TXT".
