These are a collection of RAMdisks from Franck Uberto 
intended to replace the MS-DOS RAMDISK.SYS driver.  
These drivers do not have the 32mb limit of RAMDISK.SYS.

One driver uses EMS memory, and the other uses XMS 
memory.  Also included is a driver to increase the 
number of available XMS handles, and utilities to
report on the status of your EMS and XMS memory.
