This IDE optical drive (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM) driver TSR uses half the system 
memory of the DOS cd-rom drivers from OAK and BENQ; and will work with 
most CD-ROM, CDrw, and DVD-ROM devices. The Driver must be used in 
conjunction with a DOS drive letter assignment program such as the 
Microsoft MSCDEX, SHSUCDX, or equivalent driver.

If XCDROM used in conjunction with the XDMA UDMA Driver, it will operate 
UDMA drives in UDMA mode.
