PC Graph is a comprehensive Graph drawing package.  It is a serious tool 
for the benefit of anyone who handles data; statisticians, accountants, 
geographers, psychologists, students, mathematicians.  A variety of styles 
of graphs have been coded covering both the reporting of absolute and 
frequency data. An additional facility has been included for plotting 
graphs of functions. 

Input data can be saved and restored from a file (the file name with 
extention must be blindly explicitly typed; as is done with DOS AutoCad).  
No mouse support.
