This utility will read the access speed of a hard drive.  
The upper white bar will "stutter" if there are read issues.
Spinning drives will display slower read speads as the
drive arm moves towards the end (e.g., the disks center).

Note: Sometimes the stutter issue can be reduced if the 
data in this area is extracted and replaced.

The program will start examining all the hard drives 
attached to the computer immediately upon program startup.  
Every time the program runs (even if it is aborted) it 
will write a text file to the executables directory.

The first text file is named "RS000.TXT", then next
named "RS001.TXT", etcetera.  Strangely, if you delete 
one of these files, the next time rather than adding a 
file name after the highest numbered text file remaining
in the directory, the program will instead add a file 
named for the lowest numbered MISSING text file.
