CPUCACHE turns the Pentium Cache on/off.
SLOWDOWN slows down the CPU (with do-nothing loops). This is a TSR.
  

NOTE: With antique DOS "action" games, you may not get the slowness results you 
were expecting.  This is not a fault of this slowdown software, but rather the 
consequence of the high performance of modern AGP bus video cards.  Modifying 
the BIOS to slow the AGP bus, and turning off Video caching, helps tremendously.
