Shuffle2 is a Number List Order Randomizer.  It will output
to the command line all the numbers between a low and high 
number you input, but in a random order.  The largest number
you can specify is 32,409.

This program is useful for playing games that require random
orders, or for certain kinds of cryptography.


Syntax:   shuffle2  [low number] [high number]
