KeyGen will create a file that contains 
randomly generated Passwords (you choose the
name of the file, but it cannot exceed 8.3 
characters).  You can generate upercase letters, 
lowcase letters, numbers, and special characters, 
either exclusively or in combination.  Password 
length must be 10 to 80 characters long, and you 
can generate 1 to 999 Passwords at once.  

Note that because you can restrict output to only 
numbers (minimum of 10, ranging from 0 to 9), KeyGen 
is effectively also a random number generator.
