WPPREP reformats ASCII text by removing the carriage return/line feed
between consecutive non-blank lines with a space.  This ensures they 
will be in the same paragraph and so wrap and adjust into your 
word processors chosen paragraph margins, avoiding the problem of 
short, uneven lines that don't reformat properly.  


FYI: This is the way Unix usually handles paragraphs, as one long 
horizontal line rather than with built-in "hard" line breaks.
