Here are 3 tools to modify text files for better compatibility.  

    Tab2Sp converts tab characters to equivalent spaces.
    Sp2Tab does the opposite. 
    EatEOF removes the final end-of-file character.


Also included is the XPLO source code.  The code shows a 
nice way of handling file I/O.
