*.WK? to plain Text spreadsheet file converter


123toASC will convert Lotus 1-2-3 (such as *.WK1) and compatible 
spreadsheet file formats into plain ASCII Text.  

1-2-3 compatible files are a standard spreadsheet interchange format.  
Many file managers (such as Norton Commander) contain internal viewers 
that will read Lotus 1-2-3 format spreadsheet files.

MicroSofts' proprietary XLS spreadsheet files.
