HTM to RTF file converter


HTML is able to indicate Rich Text that may be lost when converted to 
Plain ASCII Text.  The Rich Text Format is a generic document exchange 
format that preserves most types of Rich Text formatting.  Ishtar 
converts documents formatted with the Hyper Text Markup language into 
Rich Text Format files, which can then be read by any RTF file viewer 
(most word processors support reading and writing RTF files).  


Note: Ishtar creates a log file called "trace.doc" in the program 
directory which contains comments (in French) about the document being 
processed (such as discovered syntax errors or unprocessable Tags).
