DAA2ISO converts the proprietary compressed DAA and GBI 
files back into standard ISO.  

Syntax:
	daa2iso.exe <input.DAA/GBI> <output.ISO> 

DAA2ISO requires DPMI, and will find and execute CWSDPMI 
if this file is in the same directory as the DAA2ISO 
executable (bypassing the need to pre-load DPMI services).
